Run a copy-trading bot 24/7 by talking to Claude
Connect PolyRun to your Claude account once, then set up, deploy, and manage your bot entirely in chat — no code, no terminal, no server. Your bot runs in the cloud around the clock and reports to your Telegram.

What you need
- ✓A Claude account on a paid plan (Pro or higher) — claude.ai or the desktop app. You do not need Claude Code or anything technical.
- ✓$25+ in USDC on Solanato fund your PolyRun balance (minimum deposit is $25 — that’s 25 bot-days).
- ✓A dedicated trading wallet (e.g. a fresh Phantom wallet) holding only money you can afford to lose. Never use your main wallet.
- ✓Optional:Telegram, for live trade alerts and profit updates from your bot.
Set up in five steps
Connect PolyRun to Claude
In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. Name it PolyRun and paste this URL (leave the advanced fields empty):
https://www.polyrun.io/api/mcpClick Add, then Connect. A PolyRun page opens — sign in or create a free account, then click Approve. That’s the only time you’ll leave the chat.
Ask Claude for your bot
Start a new chat and say what you want. For example:

Claude creates the bot from a ready-made template and walks you through the settings one at a time — which wallet to copy, how much to spend per trade, daily caps. One bot per wallet you copy works best.
Add your wallet key — on the dashboard, not in chat
Most settings you just type in the conversation. Your wallet’s private key is the exception: Claude will never ask for it in chat. Instead it sends you a secure link to your PolyRun dashboard, where you paste the key directly into the bot’s settings. It’s encrypted on arrival and can never be read back out — not by Claude, not by anyone.
In Phantom: Settings → Manage accounts → your trading wallet → Show private key. Use a dedicated wallet, funded with only your trading budget.
Fund your balance
Running a bot costs $1.00/day, taken from a prepaid USDC balance. Ask Claude to create a deposit and it gives you an exact USDC amount and address — send exactly that amount(the unique cents match the deposit to your account). It’s credited automatically within minutes. Or top up on the dashboard with a QR code and Phantom.
Deploy — in practice mode first
Say “deploy it” and confirm the $1 charge. Every new bot starts in practice mode (DRY_RUN=1): it watches the market and logs every trade it would make, without spending anything. Let it run for a day, ask Claude to show you the logs, and when you like what you see:

The dry run looks good — set DRY_RUN to 0 and redeploy. I understand it will trade with real funds.
Get updates on Telegram
Your bot can message you directly: every buy and sell as it happens, plus an automatic profit & loss summary every 6 hours. During setup, Claude asks for two things:
A bot token — message @BotFather on Telegram, send /newbot, copy the token. And your chat id — message @userinfobot, it replies with your number.
Then message your new Telegram bot to control the trader from your phone:

If something doesn’t work
- “verify your email before deploying”
- Click the verification link PolyRun emailed you when you signed up, then tell Claude to try again.
- “insufficient credit”
- Your balance is under $1. Ask Claude to create a deposit (minimum $25).
- “stop the bot before editing”
- A running bot's settings are locked. Ask Claude to stop it, make the change, and redeploy.
- Claude doesn't see the PolyRun tools
- In Settings → Connectors, check PolyRun shows as connected, and enable it in the chat's tools menu (the sliders icon). Reconnect if needed.
Read this before going live
Copy trading meme coins is high risk. Your bot buys later — and at worse prices — than the wallet it copies. Rugs, honeypots, and slippage can lose money fast, and past performance of any wallet guarantees nothing. Nothing here is financial advice, and no profits are promised.
Protect yourself:use a dedicated wallet with only your trading budget, keep the per-trade and daily caps low, always dry-run first, and never share your private key with anyone or paste it into any chat — PolyRun only accepts it through the encrypted dashboard form. You can pause from Telegram, stop from chat, and revoke Claude’s access anytime from your dashboard.
